    Ebay? Marketing.
I am a one person business and can only operate part time as I have to work full time to support my family so do not have much capital but wish dearly to get my business running to make a better life for us all.

  3. Jason Clark Says:

    Hi David
I think I would find any Video Tutorial a help at the moment. I think, I am pretty confident with ebay but I am stuck on a Product. I would (like everybody else) like a product you can list again and again Sub £100 Retail price that I can make a profit of around £30.00. I might be a little ambitious with the margin but the concept is the same.
I would like a auto-pilot system that keeps generating money but I don’t know how to set that up.

Anything you could do to help would be appreciated.

    Regards

    Jason

where do i start without spending much?

  28. Chris Says:

    Hi Dave,

I think this opportunity is immense. So much so, it is difficult to know where to start. I am not sure of the best products and how best to market them. I would like to work in partnership on a joint venture or on a mentoring basis. I am prepared to invest my time and some of my money to get things underway. Moreover, a split of income in the form of royalities would be paid to you on an ongoing basis to reward you for your time and expertise. I would like to meet you in person, you are about 3 hours drive from me.

    Kind regards

    Chris Clarke

  29. Audrey Says:

    Hi Dave,
My biggest problem is getting my website set up. It would be great to have a video tutorial on this. Also, I have spent hours on Alibaba trying to source products, but as I want to start by dropshipping I am worried that I might get caught out.
My son and I would love to attend one of our seminars, but the cost is too high at present, plus the location too far. Would it be possible to video one of the seminars and then offer them on CD. Perhaps any follow on assistance could be offered at a negotiated rate.

  30. Joanne Says:

Need a sense of direction as so many differnt options and no idea where to start. Thought about ebay as enjoy it but finding suppliers who are genuine and take secure payment next to impossible and don’t know very much else about internet so someone to show me the way forward please asap???

  31. Gary Says:

Like most people it seems, deciding on your niche market and selling this product for the first time is what I would like advice on. I have used ebay, and qm quite confident with it, but researching products is quite a chore especially when you work full time and have a family etc.

  32. Barrie Ward Says:

    Dave

I hope I am not stepping out of line here ,but I have just found some great products and if Jackie Nutter would like to contact me I am sure I can help at very low cost I have just stood my first market and took just over £700 great!!!

  33. Justin Jones Says:

    Hi dave
As with most of the above comments, I am struggling to find a niche product. Once I’ve found such a product, I know what I need to do to source suppliers but it could all fall apart if I can’t find one that will dropship. Any advice greatfully recieved!

  34. Graham Lee Says:

From personal experience the BIG BIG problem is qualified traffic. Products, building a website, how to take money and all that stuff is relatively easy. Don’t get me wrong, it can be a slow and frustrating learning process but once you are set up the BIG one is HOW TO DRIVE (qualified) TRAFFIC to your website. (Sorry didn’t mean to shout!!)

    Graham

  35. Roland Hoggard Says:

    Hi Dave,
What is stopping me???? The short, easy answer is ‘What product do I sell’? I want a quality, durable item, something everybody wants and will snap up. There has to be an excellent profit margin, have no maintenance problems and possible to drop ship direct from the manufacturer or dealer to my customer. Would either/both of these people poach the customer? Prepared to buy from world markets if they can Drop Ship. Supplier must be reliable. Maybe something in the ‘Green’ market, something that will improve the environment, or itself be green. Have a limited life so that replacements would be required.

That is what is holding me back!

  37. neil Says:

    Hi Dave/Everyone

I myself am in full-time employ looking to make a few extra quid on the side,I would like something to work on autopilot with low outlaw,a creditable dropship stock holder prefferable and again the niche market is the big question, any ideas will be greatfully accepted

  38. Vanessa Carr Says:

    Hi,

You helped a great deal in May & June and I have got some great tools and ideas to build on. Unfortunately due to money its slowing me down (in additon family commitments are currently taking up a lot of time) and I have lost confidence in restarting, everytime I start to sit down get going I dont either where to start or how to get off the ground.
I’m thinking of initally dropshipping until things build up & I can gain some capital. I think a video is a good idea & will give me the motivation I need!

  39. Graham Says:

    Hi Dave

For me it’s a lack of confidence in knowing how to do something successfully! There is a lot stuff flying about that I am sure is rubbish, who do you listen to? and how do you know that what you are being told is not just ‘hype’ to get you to part with our hard earned cash (and not much cash either).

    Graham

  40. Alistair Rowland Says:

    Dave,

In spite of all your highly motivating material, I find myself imbedded in a highly demanding position. My time is extremely limited and currently working in excess of 60 hours a week. Not easy to leave a position with all the benefits which I also really enjoy. Would love to work for myself, but find myself very busy doing other peoples business. Funds always tight as for everyone and probably more fear of future and lack of income than anything else that prevents me making the step. Have loads of good ideas, but so very busy and I find difficult to action.

  41. Michael Richardson Says:

    Hi Dave
    Thanks for the email
Well where do I start? As you know I attended your first seminar, we got through a fair bit of it but we did get a bit bogged down. I found it very interesting and informative, but I have still not come up with a niche product also as with most people money is a problem. I think my need is a good product with very low start up cost, that will at least get the ball rolling. I did not take up the offer of the website because I have not got product that I feel comfotable to go with.
    Looking forward to your reply.
    Regards Michael

  42. steve Says:

Like many other people i have tried countless other buisness ops and none of them worked. My main concern would be having capaital to start up.Also finding the best product for my needs and how to effectivley market that product.

  43. Sue Coles Says:

We are still on that learning curve. We have found a niche product but want to advertise but have not got a budget for this. We have some ideas but more are needed to start this from a standing postion. Ebay is useful but may not be the most appropriate outlet for our product.

Getting the website started and battling with HTML is not easy for a newbie.

    Sue

  44. elizabeth cooling Says:

OK so I have got my website up and running but I need to get traffic to it. Also I need technical help with autoresponders and where to go from here. Products with resale rights worth buying. There is a lot of rubbish out there. Setting up a website is relatively easy, but how do you take your business on from there.

  45. cheryl Earle Says:

Hi Dave i was at your very first seminar as i already had a little importing experience to start with i thought going the next step would realy be an advantage to me! Since then i have imported agian and took advantage of the Navstar logistics who helped me with the import and warehouseing and distribution which i thought that at £3.00 per week storage was very reasonable! However i have just paid them over £960.00 for storage distribution, packing, labeling, Inventory management and the list goes on and i now have another bill for £159.00 this has eaten ALL my profit so im going to have to pull out of Navstar and resume selling from home! Although John and his team are very helpful, reiliable, and knowlegable, it is a very expensive route to take when you are just starting out!
It just takes the fun out of the whole selling process and there is only so much postage you can charge to the customer!
I realy dont know where i am going wrong?? I have invested alot of time money and effort into doing this and now loosing heart as after 2 years still no futher on!and still working full time! Dont know what more i can do?
    Regards
    Cheryl

  46. MARK BLOOMER Says:

  47. Clark Gilliam Says:

My idea is clear, I have two products Im confident in trying to put on the nordic, aswell as the international market. My problem would be the financing awell as the learnig process of internet sales. I work full time to support my family and we are each month nevertheless in a finacial situation were I do not have enough cash to invest in to the startup… I save some but the saving period is equal to precious time beeing lost, moderatly frustrating…However, you guys have been great on the intel on how to start a profitable business through your e-book i purchased (with borrowed money…) Keep up the good work!

  48. Rosie Says:

I need help in everything. I would really like to start a business but have no idea how to begin and everything is so expensive. Once you purchase these business opp. you are left to your own devices. I have bought a lot in the past and I am very weary of doing it again. I need lots of help.

  50. Mike Says:

    Hi Dave
As with most of the other products, i am trying to find a product that makes a decent margin with a decent capital gain. I find a lot of websites claiming to offer wholesale products but when i then check ebay, the claimed wholesale prices are just much the same as the ebay prices. Where can we find products that we can sell and make a living from?? Cheers.

  51. Gerry McGhee Says:

I have not started as yet as I’m working on a Project here in Singapore which ends, Hopefully end of December.

  58. Bernard Says:

    Hi Dave,
thankyou for asking, alls well with me and the family.Thank you for being consistent with your mails Ive read every one of them.Like many other people Ive have tried countless other business options either have not been paid on time or never been paid at all.At the moment my main concern would be finding products for the Indian market, also with very low start up costs the business i am running at the moment is definetly tied up with the recession in the market(real estate). My main concern would be capital to start up with and also the fear of losing out in a scam .However Iam clear about one thing I definetly need to make a living.
    Regards……………Bernard.

  59. Robert Wootton Says:

I have got only as far as publishing a website. I have no suppliers or products selected to market.
Working from home is too noisy and distracting with a young family.
I find it virtually impossible to set aside the 3 or 4 hoours a day to focus on and run a business.

  60. Richard Says:

    Hi Dave,

thanks a lot for the lessons and the cd you have recently sent, although i haven’t picked it up but i believe the contents will be cool. My concern has always been getting the right products to the right customers with a very minimum start up cost. I think after studying the cd you sent I will be able to start something. Thanks again Dave for all your help.

Hi Dave - thanks for the email - An idiots guide on everything would be good for me!! Need to know the pitfalls of dropshipping/ebay, who & what to avoid, I have an idea of what I would like to try & sell although not sure how big the market would be, but I’m not after making my millions, would just like to make enough to pack in my part time job & work from home so I can be available for the school run etc - Have been stung already by a few cons about home working so am a little cautious now about handing over my hard earned pennies!! Although am prepared to put in the work to pull this off!

    thanks for listening

  62. Shamraiz Says:

Hi dave thanks for the email…

I have done a lot of research and understand almost every aspect of business. At the moment I have niche products available from China but I am skeptical on the process of importing from China right through to bringing the product to my doorstep. So my issues are importing and dealing with suppliers. Also the only holdup I have right now in starting my business is the beginning initial investment. I am on standby because at the moment I have no money to invest into my idea.

    Thanks
