Solution We recently changed the hosting over from redrose internet to buzz-hosting if the link you have in your download email brings up a password protected page then you have the old link.

To get access to your website now you will need to sign up to our hosting package you can get this from the following url

http://www.1shoppingcart.com/app/javanof.asp?MerchantID=104922&ProductID=3960775

Copy and paste the link into your web browser, please note you will be asked for credit card details when you sign up this is the card that will be automatically billed after the initial free period.
